When I saw this charming Dutch Colonial on Seneca Lake, NY, I just had to paint it. The sky was very gray, and the temps made my fingers numb. There was light shining on the front of the house, and also, way in the background directly above the hills. What a great spot! I think I captured the essence of what I saw and felt.I painted this in oil and it is 8"x8".
