I went on a 3 day plein air trip with other artist friends to the Seneca Lake, NY area in the fall. We stopped at a log cabin owned by a friend of a friend in Bristol Springs on Canandaigua Lake, and this was the spectacular view from that cabin. It was an absolutely FREEZING, gray day. I was bundled with five layers of warmth, and I was still cold. But, I managed to paint this very loose, colorful piece that I like very much. It's a small 8"x8" and painted in oil.
Colorful, expressive art. To enlarge photos on the left, click onto painting. At bottom of page, click on OLDER POSTS to see more art.
