This is an acrylic studio painting that measures 10"x10". I painted it today from a photo I had taken in Linear Park another day.I'm very pleased with the results. I love the colors in this piece. The background is full of foliage, and has a range of values in cool blues and purples. The rocks are different shapes and sizes, and are mixed with a variety of color and edges. They are presented in warmer tones that contrast nicely with the cooler tones of the background. This piece also shows lots of texture.
